Buying your first herbs in order to find a remedy for something can be a tricky thing. If you have never purchased herbs before, I’m sure you have experience the uncertainty of what to do with them. Of course, an herbalist will tell you to infuse your new herbs, but how do you do that exactly? Relax, your herbs will work, they will be great, and there is an easy way to infuse them perfectly every time. Here are some things that you should know about making the perfect herbal tea remedy. First you will need to buy a tea ball at a local grocery, or other, store. Next, take about two teaspoons of your dried herb and place it inside of your tea ball. Place a tea kettle on the stove to boil, but do not place the tea ball inside of the boiling tea point (your herbs should never reach boiling point). Once your tea water has boiled, place the tea ball inside of a mug and cover it with the boiling water. Then, cover the whole mixture with a cover or lid, and allow it to steep for around twenty minutes. While your tea is steeping, the effective ingredients within the herb will emerge, and this is the essence that you want to consume. Finally, consume the tea and add some sugar or honey if you like. Most teas should be taken three times per day. See? It really isn’t all that hard. So, the next time that you want to try an herbal remedy, you do not need to be intimidated by a few dried herbs in a bag. Most people that try herbs for the first time are really surprised to find out that these remedies really do make a difference. Instead of reaching for that prescription the next time you are faced with a malady, try an herbal infused tea instead. |
